I have fished for as long as I can remember. At the age of 6 I was already fishing for northern pike with my father in Southern Ontario. I am an avid angler and outdoors man. I love everything that angling and hunting has to offer and I truly believe that this great natural resource has to be protected and managed for sustainability.
My love for bass fishing started at the age of 14 and I haven’t looked back since. My preference is fishing largemouth bass but I also love to fish for smallmouth bass, northern pike, muskellunge and walleye. I have fished competitively in the CSFL and Bass Pro Shops tournaments but love the relaxed pace of fishing for leisure and personal pleasure. Whenever I have a free day I can be found chasing fish in the Haliburton Highlands, Muskoka or the Kawarthas. From the Bay of Quinte to Georgian bay I travel all over Southern Ontario doing what I love.
I also love to travel and find time to fish everywhere I go. I have most recently been bass fishing in Florida and in Cuba on Lake Hanabanilla. I have also had the pleasure of deep sea fishing for mahi-mahi in Maui! Those were both amazing experiences and I have taken the learnings home with me and they have enhanced my bass fishing in North America.
I love flipping, swimming, pitching and dragging jigs everywhere. I always have one tied on and its my confidence bait when all else fails me.
I look forward to fishing more tournaments and continuing to build my network with Angling Authority. I will also be looking to share my knowledge and love of fishing with other anglers through the web and social media.
Angling Authority is not only an outlet for what I love, but it is also serves as a forum from others to share ideas and experiences with the online fishing community. At AnglingAuthority.com we have a clearly defined idea of what we are trying to accomplish, what we are and what we are not as an organization. I invite anyone who is interested in angling to engage me and my team on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or when you see us at the launch. We’re excited to engage our fans and like-minded enthusiasts.

My bass boat is not the newest, but I’ve had it for several years now and we’ve grown together. I have gotten to know all her quirks and she has always brought me back to the dock safely.
