Lake Trout Falls Victim to the New Lunkerhunt Rattle Crank – Product Reviewby Nuno Antunes March 30, 2013
Well as most of you know, anything Lunkerhunt is my “go-to”. I just have that confidence when fishing with their baits; Lunkerhunt has all kinds of baits for whatever you are targeting. So with that being said, I’m pretty thankful to have had this great new bait in my arsenal this winter season, as a field tester, before it was available on the market. It’s the Lunkerhunt Rattle Crank.
It really helped me to ice quite a few lakers. Hook ups were like nothing; and when they were on, they were on! The rattle in them I believe was the key for those finicky fish. It just drove them insane to the point they just had to come up 30 to 40 feet to hit that bait. Once they hit, there was no getting loose.
Here are a few picture from one of the days out there with the Rattle Crank.
Also check the video and see how that fish totally ravaged that bait.
I can’t wait to use these on some largies and smallies.
