TackleGrab-November Unboxing-Header

We’ve been fortunate to have extended our soft water season to mid-December this year. It was a memorable season!  Even as our lakes start to freeze over, the Tackle Grab boxes just keep on coming. Here are some more details on our November shipment…

1 – Reaction Strike 5″ Revolution Shad – available on the Reaction Strike website for $22.00. This segmented hard-bodied lure has some features you’d expect as standard from a bait that’s sold for $22. It has ultra realistic and detailed paint schemes, 3D oversized eyes and  balanced weighting to give it a natural look.  Four different styles are available (wake, slow, fast, suspending). This lure will come in handy for those anglers who have hard swim-baits in their lineup.

2 – Fishbelly Samurai Twin Spin #02 in Hot Pink, available on the NorthEast Fishing Lures website for $7.99. This spinnerbait is a cool one to try out. The Hot Pink iswould be good for stained water or low light conditions. The twin blades add more flash and their size is perfect for imitating schooling baitfish.

3  – Sinister Wacky Worms – 4-pk in Sprayed Grass  – available on the Tacklewarehouse.com for US$6.89 for an 8-pk (pro-rated to $3.45 for a 4-pk). These are a great finesse bait with tonnes of options. You can wacky rig them easily, but if you break the lure along the indent you can get a cut tail worm that can be used to swim through cover. If you want to get really old school, you can use it as a trailer on a jig-n-worm and swim it! These Wacky Worms  have very strong anise scent and are also infused with salt and pork fat.  This is a cool plastic with versatility.

4 – Eco Pro Heavyweight 1/2-oz Flipping Jig in soft shell – available on Tacklewarehouse.com for $4.99. Guys who flip jigs are picky about which ones they use so this month’s box will give you an opportunity to try out a new type of jig. This jig has all the basic features you will need. A stout weedguard, flat finish and vertical line tie lend this jig to fishing heavy cover. I noticed that this jig doesn’t have a trailer keeper molded into the head which will make the trailer slipping an issue. Its hook is sharp and the skirt is very long so anglers can trim it down to their liking as well. The color that was in this months box is great for clear water fishing.

Total box value =US $38.43 + 150 Tackle Grab points.

The December Tackle Grab box will ship soon, so stay tuned for that update early in the new year!
